Rich Wilson
President & Chief Executive Officer


Rich Wilson began his career in franchising in 1986 with College Pro Painters. He was attending Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and needed a substantial amount of income to pay for tuition. Owning a painting business that operated in the summer seemed the best way to afford Rich the opportunity to stay in school. Fortunately, the business was successful, and the tuition was paid.

Upon graduation in 1988, Rich accepted a position with the franchisor and eventually worked his way up to Vice President in 1993. He expanded his division into New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, doubling its sales.

In 1997, Rich was recruited by AAMCO Transmissions in Philadelphia. He served in several senior positions in Franchise Sales, Operations, and the Parts department. It was during this time that Rich learned many of the skills necessary to run a full-time franchise organization.

Following AAMCO, Rich accepted a position with CertaPro Painters as Executive Vice President, where he focused on improving franchisee productivity and profitability. He took over day-to-day operations in 2008 and named Chief Operating Officer. In 2010 he was appointed President and CEO overseeing $313M in system wide sales in his final year at CertaPro, 2014.

In March of 2015, Rich was named President and CEO of Paul Davis Restoration, Inc.  He immediately worked with the franchisees to set a new Vision, Mission, and Values for this storied brand.  As of 2021 Paul Davis produced $1.04B in sales and partners with the top insurance carriers in the U.S. and Canada delivering extraordinary experiences while servicing people in their time of need.

Leslie Anderson
SVP of Training and Launch

Leslie Anderson joined Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. in 2011 as a Regional Manager focused on franchise operations. In 2016 Leslie transitioned into the role of Director of Training. Leslie has more than fifteen years’ experience in the Cleaning and Restoration industry with a large focus in Commercial restoration. Leslie holds the designation of Master Restorer and is an instructor for the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Leslie is a member the Trauma Advisory Committee (TAC) that developed and wrote the ANSI/IICRC S540 Standard for Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup. She is also on the IICRC Board of Directors.

Shawn Clark
Chief Information Officer / CIO

Shawn Clark is an Executive with more than twenty-three years of experience shaping and directing cost-effective IT operations in the healthcare, government, and insurance industry. After graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a double major in Economics and Communications, he moved to Florida, where he led the technology department of a 700-bed community hospital and level one trauma center for sixteen years. During this time, he received his Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) certification and a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida State University. His passion for serving the most vulnerable people in the community led to the Chief Information Officer position with Paul Davis Restoration, Inc.

Brad Cowan
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Brad Cowan has been with Paul Davis Restoration since July 2015 as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) where he oversees Paul Davis’ national business partnerships, as well as the national business development team. Prior to his time with Paul Davis, Brad spent 24 years supporting the insurance replacement industry, most recently as Corporate Vice President at Enterprise Rent A Car where he managed many business partnerships with U.S. Insurance Carriers and Collision Industry Partners. He received a BBA Management degree from West Georgia University.  Brad was previously on the Executive Board of “Parents as Teachers,” a national education organization focusing on early childhood education and support programs.

Bill Dietz
President, Paul Davis Canada

Bill Dietz is the President of Paul Davis Canada, a position he has held since 2018. Bill is responsible for growing market share, increasing corporate and franchisee profitability and delivering exceptional customer experiences. He has a passion for developing people and building competent, healthy and successful teams.

Bill has had extensive leadership experiences across several companies. He joined Paul Davis in 2011 as Director of Franchise and Field Operations, responsible for driving franchisee profitability, market penetration and customer service results. Prior to that he was a Manager of a Human Resource Development team under FirstService, where he delivered leadership and management skills coaching and training. From 2005-2007, he was a Development General Manager for CertaPro Painters, launching new franchise locations across North America.

Bill and his wife Laurie live with their two daughters in London, Ontario.

Ed Duke
Vice President of US Operations 

Ed Duke joined Paul Davis restoration in 2017 as a Regional Business Consultant.  In this role, he focused on collaborating with and coaching franchise owners on how to set and achieve goals.  Those goals consisted of office profitability, market share growth and Brand experience.

In 2019, Ed took on the role of the East Regional Vice President with the responsibility of coaching and mentoring a team of Regional Business Consultants to live out the Paul Davis Mission while achieving top level results.   In January 2020, Ed became Vice President of US Operations. He currently coaches and supports the U.S. Operations Team which consists of the Regional Business Coaches, Directors and the Scorecard Performance team.

Prior to his time with Paul Davis, Ed was a District Sales Manager for a national payroll company driving results in two major markets while leading a team of more than a dozen outside sales representatives.  In addition, Ed spent over 18 years at Enterprise Rent A Car where he was part of the leadership team that opened the Northeast Ohio market.

Ed and his wife of 28 years, Patty, live in the Cleveland, Ohio area where they raised four children and currently enjoy their time with their three grandsons.

Laura Ferrante
Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Laura Ferrante joined Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. as Corporate Legal Counsel in October 2012. Laura has more than 25 years’ experience in insurance and construction litigation, contract negotiation and preparation, mediation/arbitration, as well as regulatory compliance and audit oversight in highly regulated industries. Laura is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating conferred for legal ability and ethical standards of conduct. Laura graduated from the University of Florida and the Florida State University College of Law and is a member of the Florida, Jacksonville and American Bar Associations.

Barry Floyd
Chief Financial Officer / CFO

Barry Floyd was named Chief Financial Officer of Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. effective February 2013. Prior to this, Barry served as Controller and Director of Franchisee Accounting for the company. Barry is a Florida certified public accountant and has been employed by PDRI since October 2000. Before Paul Davis, Barry worked for Alliance Mortgage Company (now EverBank) and Acosta Sales and Marketing as an analyst. Barry is a member of the Jacksonville Lean Consortium and Construction Financial Management Association and holds a BA in Accounting and MBA from Stetson University.

Mike Hopkins
COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Mike Hopkins is the Chief Operating Officer at Paul Davis, previously filling the roles of Executive Vice President of Operations and Regional Business Consultant. Mike brings over 30 years of success from within First Service Brands, functioning as a franchisee, franchisor, business consultant, and coach. In 1992, he began his career as a CollegePro franchisee, becoming one of the top franchisees across the network. Mike went on to a corporate position with CollegePro until 1997 when he launched a CertaPro Painters franchise (later operating seven territories). His office became one of the top producing franchises, amassing many awards over its fourteen-year tenure. Mike was an active member within the franchise organization and was also elected as Chairman of the Franchise Owners Association. Upon selling his business, while vocationally leading a ministry, Mike operated as a consultant to the CertaPro Painters franchise network. As a result of his success coaching business owners to achieve their goals, he was recruited to join the team at Paul Davis in 2015. He operates with a passion to come alongside people to help them become all they are designed to be. Mike resides in Cleveland, Ohio with his wonderful wife of more than 28 years, Kristen, their five children, two daughters through marriage and a grandson.

David Marker 
President of PDO Partnerships & Joint Venture

David Marker is the President of PDO Partnerships & Joint Venture at Paul Davis, a role he has held since September 2022 where his focus is on growing the Company Owned Partnership Group and providing best in class service to our customers and Team Members.  David has had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. He opened his first business at 12 years old to buy his first car and pay for college and has been involved with service-based businesses and real estate throughout his career.

David felt he could help more people by taking a role at Paul Davis and joined the team in 2016 as a Regional Business Consultant for Districts 7 & 8 and was later promoted to the Regional Vice President of Operations for the western U.S. He then launched the Lighthouse Program at Paul Davis supporting the largest operators in his role as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. One of his favorite quotes from Mr. Paul Davis is “he who serves best, profits most” which aligns with his personal values and mission.

David graduated from Miami University with a degree in Organizational Leadership and lives in the Denver area with his family.

Stephanie Rosenstone
 Chief of Staff to President & CEO, Rich Wilson

Stephanie’s career with Paul Davis started in the fall of 2009 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Her background prior to joining Paul Davis was in commercial real estate where she began as a brokerage assistant and worked her way up to the lead marketing role with CB Richard Ellis. In July of 2021 she was promoted to Chief of Staff. Outside of her role as a trusted advisor and confidant to Rich Wilson, Stephanie oversees the annual conference, the annual All Team (Franchisor) meeting and the biannual National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting. She has a deep passion and commitment to excelling in her role at Paul Davis and forming lifetime connections along that journey.

While she loves what she does at Paul Davis her number one focus in life is her husband Gary and her two sons Harrison and Graham.
